Jodi is on top of things. She keeps it moving for scheduling work that needed to be done to pass inspection on my home to sell. Jodi is very up to date in her field. She made sure the house I bought met all my needs. She guided my through the process of offering a bid. Jodi also helped my daughter sell her house and buy another house.

Jodi was very helpful. She organized someone to clean the property after we moved out of state. She also continuously checked on the property and sold it within 2 weeks. Jodi always kept us in the loop on everything and was super helpful and knowledgeable. If we move back to North Dakota, we will use her again!

Jodi is an amazing Realtor! She gets back to you quickly with any answers to questions you may have and sets up viewings of homes very quickly so you can get in to all the homes you want to see. Jodi is very professional with all communications to and from the buyer and seller. All around she is great!

My husband and I were so impressed with how quickly she moved once we said we wanted to put an offer in and then how great she was at constantly keeping us informed on everything leading up to closing. To top it all off...when we closed on our house we got a fun basket of house warming gifts from her that made both my husband and I cry because of how personalized they were. We also really love the black binder to keep all our info in one spot.
