My mom was going to sell her condo and I was looking for a realtor. Jodi Tollefson was referred to me by my Son-in Law and My Son who she helped with the sale and purchase of their homes. I met with Jodi and we met at my mom's condo where Jodi explained the market, what the condos in this area were selling for, and what my mom's condo was worth compared to those other condos for sale and then set a price. After the the carpet and condo was cleaned, Jodi put the condo on the market Friday morning and had an offer that afternoon. Throughout the sales process Jodi was quick to communicate what I needed to do or what papers to sign. If I had a question, Jodi was always available. From beginning to close the sale went amazingly smooth. I am very happy with the result of the sale of my mom's condo and I would recommend Jodi Tollefson to anyone who is selling or buying a house.
